WOW Leaders
Our 600+ WOW Leaders guide New Mustangs through their first week at Cal Poly during the Week of Welcome. These are current students that went through a leadership training retreat to gain the necessary qualifications to become a WOW Leader. Receiving training in campus resources, peer support, and the in's and out's of Cal Poly SLO.
Being a WOW Leader helps current students gain invaluable leadership development, networking connections across campus and the city of San Luis Obispo, as well as an opportunity to support incoming students through their first week at Cal Poly.
